On December 5th, the technology project of flexibility retrofit for thermal power plant undertaken by LY Power passed acceptance successfully in Beijing.
The acceptance meeting was organized by the Science and Technology Department of the Group, and the acceptance group consisted of 5 professors and senior engineers from Shandong University, North China Electric Power University, Shenhua Guohua (Beijing) Electric Power Research Institute, China Special Equipment Testing Institute, Process Engineering Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences and other units. During the meeting, The project leader of LY Power made a detailed report on the key technologies and demonstration applications of the project, the panel briefing and has carried on the review of project documents material, through discussion and questioning, acceptance of the expert group agreed to project through the acceptance, and the technology which is formed by the system and the results of the project to give the full affirmation. The expert group agreed that the detailed data and clear technical route of the project have formed a complete set of technical system for improving the flexibility of thermal power units, with broad application prospects.
The successful acceptance of the project provides strong technical support for LY Power to expand the flexibility, upgrade and transform the market, and enhance the market competitiveness.
