On November 17th, the Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering organized the ”Technological Achievement Appraisal Meeting of Ultra-Low NOx Emission Technology in deep peak load regulating operation for CFB Boilers based on Flue Gas Recirculation”. The ultra-low NOx emission technology developed by Yantai Longyuan has been appraised to be at the international leading level.
This technology was jointly developed by Yantai Longyuan, Tsinghua University, and Ningdong First Power Generation Company. In recent years, Yantai Longyuan has been continuously focused on the field of NOx control technology for circulating fluidized bed boilers. In response to the deep peak load regulating operation requirements in thermal power plant, we have developed the Ultra-Low NOx Emission Technology in deep peak load regulating operation for CFB Boilers based on Flue Gas Recirculation. This technology has been successfully applied on the 2x330MW units of Ningdong First Power, achieving control of the original NOx emission concentration at 35.4 mg/m3 (dry basis, standard state, O2=6%) at 20% rated load of the boiler. It meets the ultra-low emission standards and greatly expands the load range for boiler peak load regulation.
