SCR De-NOx catalysts from Longyuan Environmental Protection, special for the removal of nitrogen oxides in flue gas. As the core component of SCR De-NOx process, it has been applied to over 1300 units in China. It is the most mature and reliable De-NOx technology and can reduce NOx concentration from 1000mg/Nm3 to below 50mg/Nm3.

SCR De-NOx catalyst has a unified honeycomb-type cross-section with a size of 150x150mm. It is generally cataloged according to the pore number within a 150mm side length. For example, a 20-pore catalyst refers to 20 pores on each side and 400 pores on the entire cross-section of catalyst. The more pores there are, the larger the reaction area of the catalyst per unit volume, however the resistance of flue gas passing through will also be higher. We will conduct the design and product selection for our customers based on the flue gas parameters. So far, our products have been applied in multiple industries such as thermal power, steel, cement, glass, chemical, and waste incineration.

In response to the diverse needs of Asian customers, we have developed three new products in recent years: Low-temperature activated catalyst, which can achieve De-NOx at lower flue gas temperature; Small pore catalyst, suitable for low dust flue gas, such as gas/oil turbine; Wear-resistant catalyst, suitable for high dust flue gas, such as boilers using high ash coal and kilns in the cement industry.
