Rectifier Cabinet LYKG of Plasma Igniton Boiler
Rectifier module LYKG2-20 adopts high frequency switching power transformation and isolation technology to complete AC to DC transformation function.
Centralized control unit LYKG2-20A-C, as the interface between PLC control unit and rectifier module, realizes constant current output control, current and voltage analog quantity collection, fault alarm collection, module start and stop control and other functions.
PLC control unit mainly realizes logical control during system operation and external signal collection, provides comprehensive online analog quantity and switching value information, as well as remote data transmission and communication interface functions.
Figure 1.2 and figure 1.3 are the external view of LYKG-4-120 rectifier cabinet and LYKG-6-180 rectifier cabinet with basic configurations respectively. For specific screen configuration, wiring terminal definition, external view, structure and dimensions, please refer to technical documents and drawings delivered with the product.
