Plasma Generator DLZ-200 of Plasma Ignition System
Plasma generator is the device applied to generate plasma arc with high temperature. It is mainly composed of three parts: anode assembly, cathode assembly and coil assembly, together with arc striking mechanism and supporting bracket to facilitate site installation.
Anode Assembly: The anode assembly consists of anode, cooling water conduit, carrier air conduit and hood. The conductivity surface is made of highly conductive metal to be cooled with water. Its continuous working life exceeds 500 hours under designed working condition.
Cathode Assembly: The cathode assembly consists of cathode head, cathode gun, water inlet and outlet, and conductive junction. The cathode conductivity surface is made of highly conductive metal to be cooled with water. Its continuous working life exceeds 100 hours under designed working condition. Different types of cathode head match to different models of plasma generator, which should be noted on site installation.
Coil Assembly: Coil assembly consists of electric conductive tube wound coil, insulation material, water inlet and outlet junction, conductive junction and hood. Cooling water runs through the electric conductive tube to cool.
Arc Striking Mechanism: Arc striking mechanism controls the cathode assembly advancing forward by electric motor so that cathode approaches and contacts anode. Power on cathode and anode, move cathode assembly backward by electric motor, and arc strikes when cathode and anode separate.
