LY Power developed whole load DeNOx technology for CFB boilers which combines low NOx combustion in furnace with SNCR out of furnace. After using this technology, the NOx content in furnace outlet is below 180mg/Nm3, and the content in SNCR outlet is 50mg/Nm3.

The frequently changing coal quality, low-NOx combustion, desulfurization and other factors result the problems of poor peak load regulation & combustion stabilization performance, major fluctuation of steam temperature & pressure, excess and lack of soot blowing, etc. The traditional PID is difficult to coordinate the contradiction between speed and stability. After applying Intelligent Combustion and Operation Technology of LY Power, problems mentioned above can be solved. This technology can realize coal consumption decreasing by 2~3g/kWh, AGC response speed increasing by 2.0%/min, frequency of NOx emission exceeding standard decreasing by 50%, cost for NOx reduction decreasing by 10%~20%, boiler efficiency rising 0.8%.
